The three-axis servo manipulator is made of high-strength aluminum alloy and steel to ensure the stability and durability of the mechanical structure. The compact design of the body and the net weight of only 950kg not only ensure the load capacity of the manipulator, but also reduce the transportation and installation costs.
Each manipulator undergoes strict factory inspection, including load test, stroke accuracy test and long-term operation stability test. The repeat positioning accuracy reaches ±0.05mm, ensuring high consistency in high-speed production.
The operation interface of the manipulator adopts a humanized design, supports PLC programming and touch screen control, and is simple and intuitive to operate. The servo motor drive system responds quickly and runs smoothly.
